The renderings done during the design phase of the Meridian project were excellent predictions of how the home would look after it was built. Most of our custom jobs begin with an individualized design phase that sets these projects apart from our standards series homes.

This Meridian is a modern farmhouse for an organic farm. The white stain fits perfectly in this rural Southern mountain community. The floorpan is open and the sliding glass doors in the living room and in the kitchen exit into the two story sunspace.

The stairs and the breakfast/dining area are in the Meridian Sunspace.

The Meridian has a full height two story sunspace with upstairs bedrooms. The upstairs guest room has its own sunspace and outdoor balcony. The homeowners love their new Enertia home and describe it in this video.
